Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Billiongates Domains, a service operated by Kesnita UAB (company code 302565955, VAT code LT100009163612, Gedimino pr. 45-4, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Who provides the service

Billiongates Domains is a domain name reseller. We are not a domain name registrar. Domain names ordered through us are registered through our registrar, Openprovider (Hosting Concepts B.V.), with the registry that operates each extension. Your registration is therefore also subject to the registrar's and the registry's terms and policies.

Accounts

You can order without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Domain registration

Domain registrations are subject to our Domain Registration Agreement and our Domain Deletion and Auto-Renewal Policy. Prices, including the renewal price, are shown before you pay. A registration is only complete once the registry has accepted it; availability shown in search results is not a reservation.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and are shown before you pay. Some extensions have a minimum registration period of more than one year; the price shown then covers that whole period. Payment is taken through our payment provider on a hosted payment page. While the checkout shows a "Test mode" banner, no payment is taken, no contract for a registration is concluded and no domain is registered.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@billiongates.com; you may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

A domain registration is a service that is performed in full as soon as the registry registers the domain. At checkout you expressly ask us to start the registration immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the domain has been registered. If you withdraw before the registration has been completed, we refund the full amount paid for that domain. After the domain has been registered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Your statutory rights for a defective service are not affected. See also our Refund Policy.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the decisions of registries or of our registrar, for availability shown in search results (it is not a reservation), or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Termination

If you have an account, you can ask us to close it at any time by emailing support@billiongates.com. Registered domains stay registered until they expire. We may suspend accounts or orders that violate these terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Courts of the Republic of Lithuania have jurisdiction, without affecting a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the country where they live.
