Domain Registration Agreement

This agreement is between you (the registrant) and Kesnita UAB, which operates Billiongates Domains as a reseller. Domain names are registered through our registrar, Openprovider (Hosting Concepts B.V.). This agreement incorporates the registrar's registration terms, the policies of the registry for each extension and the applicable ICANN consensus policies.

Accurate registration data

You must provide and keep up to date accurate and complete registrant contact information. Providing false information, or not responding to a request to verify it, may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.

Ownership and transfer

You are the registrant of any domain you register. You can transfer your domain to another registrar, subject to registry rules, including the 60-day transfer lock after a registration or a previous transfer.

Renewals and expiry

Auto-renewal is off for every domain registered through us. Domains do not renew automatically: renew manually before the expiry date or ask our support team to renew for you. What happens when a domain expires, and how to restore it, is described in our Domain Deletion and Auto-Renewal Policy.

Registrant rights and responsibilities

Dispute resolution

Disputes about domain ownership are handled under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the dispute policy of the relevant registry.
